Do you supply materials? Yes, I have all the necessary supplies at wholesale costs.
How much do you charge? 25.00 hr plus my wholesale cost of supplies
Can you help me with just a few rooms? I can accommodate any requirements from a partial house pack to a full house pack.
How long does it take to pack? The timeframe for each situation varies, influenced by factors such as the number of breakables and contents of each room. On average a bedroom is 2 hours, bathroom 1 hour, living areas 2 hours, kitchen 5 hours
Do you pack attics? Typically, I avoid packing attics for safety reasons; however, I am open to assessing each situation individually.
Do you pack garages? Yes, I handle packing for garages. There could be some rare cases where I may be unable to assist.
Do you pack TV's? No, your mover can assist you with that.
Do you pack computers? Yes
Do you pack large pictures? Yes, I pack sizes up to approx. 36x24
How far in advance do I need to book with you? Bookings can be made up to one day in advance, but to secure a spot, it is advisable to book as early as possible.
What days/hours do you work? I am available Mon- Frid 9-5.
Do I need to be present during the packing? Being present at home during the packing process is not a requirement, but it can be beneficial if there are any questions.
Do you label boxes? Yes, all boxes are labeled according to rooms and neatly placed together out of the way.
How can I prepare for the packing? * Eliminate any items that won't go with you to your next place. It's more efficient to declutter before relocating rather than after your move.
* Review your food supplies and discard any partially filled items. I recommend avoiding the packing of open liquids like oils and sauces.
*While candles can be packed, be cautious during the summer as heat may lead to melting.
*Keep personal belongings such as glasses, prescriptions, and firearms in your immediate possession.
*Cleaning chemicals can be packed but double-check with your mover. I recommend plastic totes for the packing of chemicals. I do not pack bleach or fingernail polish remover.
